I’m Kristin Nicole, a Certified Holistic Health Coach Portland Based. I have had health gut issues ever since I was a teenager. I have struggled with binge eating, hormonal imbalances, fitness struggles, various health issues. In fact, the final straw was when I was diagnosed with a parathyroid tumor at 25 years old. Like you, I didn’t know where to begin. I consulted a nutritionist coach and since then, I have been thoroughly intrigued with anti-inflammatory foods, supplements, fitness, and having the life I deserve – that we all deserve. These are common questions I receive from clients:

When will I see first results?
Many of our clients will start to see the beginning stages in the first week, but this is a journey. You will progress much better each week.
Will I have a personal coach?
We have meal plans and fitness plans. Each plan includes a brief consultation. However, if you would like to receive a full weekly consultation, then you must select the personal lifestyle coach plan.
Do I have to exercise?
You are welcome to select the nutrition plan if you do not want to select a full force workout plan. Many of my clients have lost weight sticking to my meal plans. However, I do recommend walks or keeping active at the very minimum.
Are your programs safe for my health?
Since our plans are customized, we do take your health into consideration. All our plans come with a brief consultation where we will provide you with recommendations according to your health and lifestyle.
Will I have any restrictions?
The meal plans will have restrictions, excluding particular food from your diet is why our meals plans can be so effective.
Is it hard to stay fit?
It can be hard to stay fit, however, I do recommend our additional coaching plans. This plan helps you stay on top of your nutritional and fitness goals.
Do I need to pay each month?
With our meal and fitness plans, there is no membership fee. These are one time plans based off your current life style goals. However, the consultation program has a monthly fee.
